vespertilio is my attempt at an affordable decent bioacoustic data acquisition device, which has the addition of a weather sensor to allow further correlations that otherwise wouldn’t be found sans the sensor. It also has a light sensor. See below for a rough overview of the current prototyping arrangement (note that the weatherproof case is a major WIP and I have to arrange the clasp for the O-ring seal, alongside the perspex window for the weather sensor.)
