Macro

An assortment of macro images, mostly taken on my reversed un-tubed 50/2.8 EL-NIKKOR- see here for a tutorial on how to get your own and reverse it to replicate these results. Note that the DOF is razor-thin unless stepped down and you’ll have trouble focussing- getting that eye shot (done at f/2.8) required many many trials and a fairly bright light that blinded me momentarily.
