Cairngorms National Park, Autumn 2021

During the Autumn of 2021 I went on a trip with a friend from University to Aviemore. Without a two-person tent at the time, we’d slept on the floor by the Spey, and had done some walking around Rothiemurchus forest. The second night of the trip we’d almost been forced to sleep out in the rain after the forecast changed- thankfully the local Youth Hostel had space (after the Premier Inn turned us down!).
